What's Happening at Adaptive Web Hosting in 2022

I’d like to start by thanking you for supporting small businesses.  With the web becoming increasingly centralized year over year, thank you for selecting Adaptive Web Hosting as your independent hosting provider. Other web companies host millions of websites with thousands of sites per server and concentrate a large percentage of their revenue to get more customers due to their huge turnover rate. We focus our revenue to enhance reliability, affordability, accessibility and continually offer new features to our customers.  I am particularly proud of the following achievements our staff hit in 2021:

Our 24/7 support ticket response time average for 2021 was just 22 minutes.

Our average customer support satisfaction rating was 98.9%.

The pandemic has been hard on us all, both personally and professionally. While we’ve had a few bumps, we’re incredibly thankful that our business has remained strong and stable. We are striving to be as accessible as possible to our customers, to make your website and email one thing you don’t have to worry about during these difficult times.

In 2021 we added the following enhancements:

• We implemented PHP 8.0 support and updated PHP 7.4.x and 7.3.x
• We implemented SmarterMail Email Servers for all customers at no additional cost.
• We kept up with the .NET Core releases and implemented .NET Core 6.0 the day it was released.
• We made available WordPress 5.8 the day it was released.  And now support version 5.9 in 2022.
• Added the Google PageSpeed Insights Extension to the Plesk Control Panels.

We’ve also kept prices low for our customers and will continue to do so, despite further massive price increases by our vendors. Keeping our services affordable is one of the highest priorities for us.
